Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Kaunas atelier within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by email.

Rates

  • Studio pickup in Kaunas — free

Delivery times

  • Lithuania — 1–2 business days
  • Rest of the EU — 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide — quote on request; customs clearance may add 1–3+ days

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees payable by the recipient on delivery. These are not included in the order total.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us at info@vintazerija.com within 7 days of the tracking marking the parcel delivered. We open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund.

Local pickup

Free pickup at the studio — M. Daukšos g. 35, Kaunas. Choose "Pickup" at checkout; we email you when it's ready.
