Terms of Sale
These Terms govern purchases from vintazerija.com operated by Vintažerija, MB (company code 306631057, VAT LT100017368115), Griunvaldo g. 8-12, LT-44330 Kaunas, Lithuania.
1. Products
All pieces are second-hand, one-of-one and sold in the condition described on the product page. Minor wear consistent with age is expected and does not constitute a defect.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are in EUR, VAT included where applicable. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe. Ownership passes upon full payment.
3. Order confirmation
A contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund if a piece becomes unavailable (e.g. sold in-store simultaneously).
4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving reasons. See Returns Policy for the procedure.
6. Warranty
Second-hand goods carry a statutory 12-month non-conformity guarantee under Lithuanian law, excluding wear disclosed at purchase.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item, except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing law & disputes
Lithuanian law applies. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr or contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).
